A CREW OF SPECIALISTS

A crew of specialists. Not one generic bot.

Every run dispatches named specialists — each one built for a specific job. Marketta coordinates them so the finished product has been through research, brand, copy, verification, QA, and local SEO before it reaches you.

Marketta runs the crew

Most AI tools are a single model doing ten jobs with varying competence — research that doesn't match the copy, copy that doesn't match the brand, a website that could belong to any business in your industry.

Marketta runs ten named specialists. Each has a defined job, a quality gate it owns, and a lane it does not leave. The research specialist does not write copy. The copy specialist does not verify licenses. The QA specialist is adversarial by design.

You request a run. Marketta coordinates the crew. You get a finished site.

Scout

Research

Scout runs eight parallel research streams on your business — GBP audit, competitor gaps, keyword and AI-search opportunities, citations, reviews, technical, social, backlinks. The output is your Marketing Health Score: 0 to 100, every sub-score ranked by what would move fastest.

Compass

Strategy

Compass reads Scout's findings and writes the plan — a specific, sequenced set of calls: what to fix first, what to build next, which keywords to target, where competitors outrank you and why. Every recommendation is ranked by impact and tied to a finding.

Sketch

Brand

Sketch builds the visual identity — color, typography, voice, taglines — three directions developed from your real context: your industry, your region, your competitors' positioning. You pick one. Everything downstream — website, GBP cover, social, email — uses it exactly.

Pen

Copy

Pen writes every word of client-facing copy — service pages, About, blog posts, FAQ, location pages — in the voice Sketch set, to the actual customer, not a marketing buyer. The voice gate runs on each piece: if a sentence could appear on any marketing site in America, it gets rewritten.

Beacon

Local SEO

Beacon builds the location infrastructure — one page per town you serve, each with its own content, schema, and internal linking, not a template with the town name swapped in. It keeps name, address, phone, and service radius consistent across every page, schema node, and sitemap entry.

Gear

Technical build & verification

Gear runs the technical build and verifies that what shipped matches what was designed — schema on every page, sitemap structure, Core Web Vitals, a clean build, key routes returning 200. It confirms the actual deployed output, not the source file, before QA.

Ledger

Fact verification

Ledger isolates every license number, certification, award, and credential into a verification ledger. Nothing ships until the status is confirmed. Across three runs it caught credential claims that didn't match the source — stale directory records in two cases, an overclaimed certification tier in one.

Pulse

Social, GBP & review copy

Pulse writes the GBP package — description, posts, Q&A seeds — plus the social content: platform selection, cadence, month-one captions, graphics specs. It also owns the review system: request templates, response templates for every rating, the printable QR card. All of it passes the same voice gate as Pen.

Proof

QA

Proof runs the adversarial pass before launch — ten-plus dimension checks on the built output: dead links, misfiled schema, address data in the wrong field, alt text, mobile, accessibility, brand consistency. On two full runs it surfaced 104 and 103 confirmed issues, verified before flagging — no false positives.

Nexus

Hub provisioning

Nexus provisions your Marketta Hub — the live portal where you manage your site after launch. It indexes every deliverable and configures your account so that when you log in and request a change, it's handled. The Hub is how the monthly plan works in practice.

One run. All ten, in sequence and in parallel.

Scout and Compass run first — research informs strategy, strategy informs everything. Sketch and Pen run in parallel after brand direction is confirmed. Beacon runs alongside the website build, so location pages are part of the architecture from the start, not an afterthought. Ledger checks facts throughout — not at the end. Gear builds and verifies. Proof hunts for what Gear missed. Pulse finalizes GBP and social. Nexus closes the run.

You are not waiting for ten people to finish before the next one starts. The crew runs the way a real production pipeline runs — staged where it must be, parallel where it can be.

Four gates every run passes through.

01

Voice gate

Every piece of copy is reviewed against the business's established voice and the customer it is written for. If it sounds like generic AI output, it gets rewritten.

02

Verification gate

Every license, certification, and award claim is isolated in a ledger entry before it publishes. No pending claim ships.

03

Completeness gate

Every deliverable on the checklist must exist and be confirmed present before the run closes.

04

Render-integrity gate

The built output is verified against the design spec. Schema must be in the HTML, not just in the source file. Routes must return 200. The live site must match what was designed.
