These terms govern your use of Marketta and any services purchased through it. By requesting a run or purchasing a build, you agree to these terms.

The service. Marketta builds and deploys a marketing website and related assets for your business. Deliverables are described on the pricing page and in your offer.

Payment. The setup fee is due as described in your offer. Monthly plans, where purchased, are billed month to month and may be cancelled at any time.

Ownership. On full payment of the setup fee, the delivered site and its code are yours.
