What do I actually get in 48 hours?

The 48 hours covers the AI-built preview. DNS propagation to your domain and any owner Q&A responses happen after you approve it.

How does the "see it before you pay" part actually work?

You request a run. Marketta's pipeline builds your site. When it is done — within 48 hours — you get a link. The site is live at a preview URL. You look at it. If it is right, you pay $2,999 and the site goes live on your domain. If it is not right, you owe nothing and you walk away. There is no deposit, no retainer, no credit card collected before the site is in front of you.

You owe nothing. The site was built at Marketta's risk, not yours. You look at it. If it is not what you wanted, you say so and you walk away. No contract to exit, no deposit to lose, no invoice.

Do I own the site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your site lives in your own Vercel project. Your domain stays yours. If you cancel the monthly plan and want to move the site, you can. Marketta manages the site under the monthly plan; Marketta does not own it.

Question 6

What is an "adjustment" on the monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

An adjustment is a bounded change to existing content or a bounded addition: updated copy on a service page, a new photo added to the gallery, a seasonal offer posted, a price corrected, a new team member added. It is not a full site redesign, a new design system, or a change that requires rebuilding the site architecture. If you are unsure whether something is an adjustment or new scope, ask before any work starts. We will tell you which it is.

What is the difference between the three monthly tiers?

The difference is how many adjustments a month and whether a real person steps in. Starter ($50/mo): hosting + up to 5 adjustments a month. Growth ($99/mo): hosting + up to 15 adjustments a month, with priority handling. Pro / Concierge ($149/mo): hosting + high-volume adjustments + a real person on your account for complex asks and strategic questions. Every tier includes hosting. You request changes through your Hub and they get handled; Pro adds a human for the things that require judgment, not just execution.

Who handles my adjustments?

You request a change through your Hub — in plain language — and it's handled. No dev queue, no waiting on a rep to call you back. At the Pro tier, a real person is on your account for complex asks. If something needs judgment rather than execution, a human picks it up.

Is the Marketta Hub live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Marketta Hub is the live portal where you manage your site after it goes live. You log in and request a site adjustment in plain language — updated copy, a new photo, a seasonal offer, an added service — and it's handled. It is how the monthly plan works in practice: log in, request a change, get it done. Your Hub opens once your site is live and your plan is active.

What if I have no website at all?

That works. The pipeline has run on businesses whose only web presence was a Facebook page. If you have a Facebook page with photos and posts, the run starts from there — your photos are ingested, your posts are read, and everything downstream uses what you already have.

What if my photos are not great?

Accepted Answer

The pipeline builds the best site possible from whatever you have. If you have real job photos, we use them. If you have limited photos, we work with what is there. AI-generated imagery can fill gaps, but real job photos produce better results — both for the site's look and for Google's assessment of its authenticity.

How do you handle license and certification claims?

Accepted Answer

Every license number, certification, and award claim goes through a verification step before it publishes anywhere on your site. Each one is tracked in a ledger. If a claim is uncertain — for example, if a license shows as expired in a public directory but the owner confirms it is active — the claim is gated until it is resolved. Nothing ships with a pending credential claim. This has caught real errors on real runs: a directory listing a license as expired when it was actually current, a certification tier claimed on an existing site that didn't match the manufacturer's own records. Those catches happened before the corrected version published anywhere.

Does Marketta run paid ads?

Advertising campaigns are built as part of the pipeline — keyword lists, ad copy, audience targeting, campaign structure. They are delivered in draft and paused state. No spend activates without your explicit sign-off. If you never want to run ads, the campaign assets are yours to have or ignore.

Marketta is built for home services (contractors, HVAC, plumbers, landscapers, electricians), restaurants, dental practices, salons and spas, and law firms. Real pipeline runs to date are in home services. If your business is in another category, reach out — the pipeline may still fit your situation.

How is this different from a website builder like Wix or Squarespace?
