Refund Policy

Marketta charges a one-time build fee to design, build, and deploy your site, and a monthly service fee after it goes live. Your first month of service is included with the build.

The build is bespoke work made for your business. You review the finished site before it goes live on your domain, so you see exactly what you are getting. Because the work is delivered specifically to you, the build fee is generally non-refundable once work has begun. If something is wrong with what was delivered, contact us at run@marketta.app and we will make it right or discuss a fair resolution.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop billing for the next cycle; the current cycle is not pro-rated. The site is yours — if you cancel, you keep it.
