Refund Policy

Marketta builds your site before you pay the setup fee, so you see exactly what you are buying. Because the build is delivered on payment, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work on your live deployment has begun.

If something is wrong with what was delivered, contact us at run@marketta.app and we will make it right or discuss a fair resolution.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop billing for the next cycle; the current cycle is not pro-rated.
